Wedding Policies

All deposits and payments toward wedding reservations are non-refundable, but your wedding date may be postponed. There are no cash/credit card refunds or adjustments for any reason including broken engagement, no show, total number of pre-registered guests not attending, arriving late, weather, power outage, illness, mechanical difficulties/failures, partial deposits, failure or client's inability to obtain a Tennessee Marriage License (for example, no ID, cannot get divorce papers signed, etc). Honeymoon Hills assumes no liability for obtaining your Tennessee Marriage License. Trip insurance is available for purchase that can cover your cabin rental, wedding ceremony and/or reception. If you must postpone, your ceremony must held (completed) within 30 days of your original wedding date, no exceptions. There is a $50 cancellation fee due each time you cancel your date. In the event this reservation is completely canceled by the client, any deposits and/or payments paid are applied as cancellation fee. If you reserved under a special discounted rate, the discounted rate does not apply toward a new date. We do not accept reschedules during the month of June, July, October, holidays or Valentine's Day. If your 30 days falls within a blackout date, your time is extended by 30 days. Cancellation requests must be made in writing NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR to arrival. Telephone requests are not accepted. Cancellation requests received LESS THAN 30 days prior to arrival will not be honored, no exceptions. ABSOLUTELY NO cash/credit card refunds or adjustments provided for any reason including late arrivals, no shows, weather issues, or power outage. If you have several things reserved including guest cabins, honeymoon cabin, reception, etc. each item is subject to the $50 cancellation fee.
