This was our seventh time over the last five years using Honeymoon Hills and we have never had a negative experience. The reservations are easy to make online, the staff is friendly and helpful, the cabin is ready on time and clean, the porches/ decks where the hot tub is located is private, and it is just a short drive to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We are always super pleased to stay with Honeymoon Hills and we will definitely be going back in the future. This time we stayed in "Sweet Memories" and loved the quiet, private screened in back porch.

We stayed in Sweet Memories and loved it! Very clean and peaceful! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay again. It was super close to everything but was nice not to be in town.

For our 15th wedding anniversary, my husband planned a getaway to the mountains. Tennessee is one of our favorite states to visit but neither of us have spent time in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. After much research, he found a perfect spot: Sweet Memories at Honeymoon Hills. We both were impressed from the start once our trip was booked. The Guest Services Team is simply outstanding! From their professional and courteous email correspondences, to their timely question/answer sessions, to the loads of tips and information shared, to the ease of getting into our cabin to begin our week adventure... such a wonderful, patient, and friendly staff that treats you like family and makes you feel right at home! Once we arrived at our "Sweet Memories" cabin we were further impressed by the amenities provided. The cabin has everything one could ever need - kitchen/dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and even an enclosed/screened in outdoor patio with a sitting area and TV, as well as a hot tub. The cabin was cozy and spacious; the "bear" themed decor fit well with the mountain location. The attention to detail with the linens, blankets, lap table with origami swan towels/wine glasses/mints perfectly placed on our bed, and the sweet handwritten note placed in the kitchen upon our arrival was definitely noted as a wonderful addition to our entrance. The guest binder filled with tips and tricks, attractions, and restaurant recommendations were also a welcomed treat for this out-of-state couple. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day anniversary getaway to the Smoky Mountains and the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We are immensely appreciative of the wonderful, thoughtful service and upscale accommodations provided by our Honeymoon Hills team. This week filled with fun, relaxation, and memory-making could not have been possible without them. We are already planning a trip back to the area and we have already spoken with our HH team on booking another cabin in just a few short months. THANK YOU to our HH team for an amazing time! We will be back soon for sure!!!

We reserved Sweet Memories to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Everything about the cabin was a dream come true. We rode our motorcycle down. The cabin was easily accessible with great parking.

The cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch. It was private, secluded and excellent after a long motorcycle ride. I added the Anniversary Surprise and everything was in place before we arrived. My wife was more than pleased.

We would definitely recommend this cabin to any couple looking to unwind and reconnect. We have already made plans to return next summer and bring our 3 children as well. We can not say enough positive things about sweet memories and honeymoon hills cabin rentals.

We stayed at the Sweet Memories chalet and it was perfect for two people. The chalet was extremely clean, cozy and very comfortable. It also has a nice screened in porch with a hot tub, TV, fireplace and seating area with curtains for privacy. I loved the porch and we spent a lot of time out there. The chalet is only 5 or 6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg so it was extremely convenient. It was also super quiet with only one really nice house nearby. The owners also checked with us after our stay to make sure everything was up to our expectations. This is a really nice chalet and we will definitely be staying there again in the future. I highly recommend it!

I give you 5 stars on all of it! The registration was easy, check-in was a breeze, the cabin perfect, the staff friendly and helpful. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. And.... we're going to soon as we can. Thank you folks again for a vacation to remember for YEARS!!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. The cabin was absolutely perfect and the layout of the extra things we ordered was absolutely PERFECT!! We have already talked about coming back and staying again! 5/5 I recommend Honeymoon Hills!
