Customer service was amazing. The cabin was super cute! The basic necessities were provided. I thought the location was great. I would definitely book at Honeymoon Hills again.

We stayed in Lost in Love for 2 nights for our anniversary. We booked the day of at 6pm because we didn’t have a place booked before arriving in Gatlinburg. We called to book the cabin and the agent at Honeymoon Hills was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating, especially considering our late booking. The first cabin she put us in had an issue with the air conditioner unit and as soon as we called and let her know, they immediately put us in another cabin and let us know maintenance would be looking at fixing the other one. I was very impressed with the customer service they showed us. Lost in Love was cute, clean, and the location was great. It’s back in the woods in a quiet location, but it’s just off the parkway, so a mere 10 minutes or so to get to downtown Gatlinburg, depending on traffic of course. The bed was comfy and my husband loved the quilt. Minor detail, but I loved the fact that black rags were provided at the vanity so that I could remove my makeup without worrying about ruining a white rag as I forgot to bring makeup remover wipes. Fireplace was cute, but we didn’t use it since it was 95 degrees outside. I would definitely book with Honeymoon Hills again.

We stayed at “Lost In Love” cabin. We celebrated my a birthday as well as the Fourth of July holiday. The cabin was beautiful, clean and a great location. Lots of close by attractions. We will definitely be back again in the future.

My husband and I stayed 6 nights in the “Lost in Love” cabin this past week and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the furnishings of the unit, and nearby attractions. We came for an escape and romantic getaway and it didn’t disappoint. While Gatlinburg downtown is busy and full of activities, the cabin was a great place to come back to and relax as well as enjoy the full kitchen, comfortable bed, and hot tub. Internet connection was great and keyless entry made check-in smooth. The customer service was helpful and clear about rules for check-in, check-out and they were courteous. We will be back again, for sure and I recommend to any couples that need a home away from home to recharge and unwind but also have the ability to go on a daytime adventure.

We absolutely loved staying here! We will definitely book again when it’s just my husband and I. Very clean, super comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of space. We felt right at home.

We stayed at the Lost in Love cabin. It was beautiful! Very clean. We loved using the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Whenever we had any questions they were answered right away. We would definitely stay here again.
