CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. (EASTERN) / CHECK OUT IS 10:00 A.M.

Check in and check out times must be followed.  Anyone arriving early or leaving late will be charged for another full day as our staff has only five hours to prepare these cabins for our guests!!

 
From I-40 East or West take exit 407. Travel south on Hwy 66 toward Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg. Continue straight 9.5 miles to the last traffic light, which is a "T" intersection.  You must turn right.  Continue through Pigeon Forge into Gatlinburg.  At traffic light #3, turn left onto Hwy 321 N.  Travel approximately 2.5 miles until you see Battles Grocery on the left.  Enter the turn lane and take a left at traffic light #3-A (Glades Road).  Proceed about one mile on Glades Road, then make a left onto Cole Lane.  The sign is in a sharp curve to your left, so be cautious.  Turn left and go less than 1/4 mile.  You will see a big hill that forks to the right.  Take that fork and follow the signs to your cabin.
 
In general:  The maximum occupancy posted for each property is the maximum number of guests and/or visitors permitted at any time.  All properties are non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed on decks, porches or patios only.  If you have specific questions, please discuss your concerns and have them answered to your full satisfaction prior to booking a reservation.
 
Winter Driving Season:
We advise anyone staying December 1 through May 31 to come prepared with a four-wheel drive and/or chains.  No transportation is available to your chalet.  The mountains can be very dangerous in inclement weather, so please be prepared.  No weather related refunds will be issued.
 
Cancellation--Refund--Reschedule policy:

All deposits and payments toward reservations are non-refundable, but travel dates may be postponed. If you must postpone, your travel must be completed within 30 days of your original arrival date, no exceptions. There is a $50 cancellation fee each time you cancel your reserved dates. The $50 cancellation fee is due when you make notification that you are cancelling current arrival date. In the event this reservation is completely canceled by the client, any deposits paid are applied as cancellation fee. If you reserved under a special discounted rate, the discounted rate does not apply toward a new arrival date. We do not accept reschedules during the month of June, July, October, holidays or Valentine's Day. If your 30 days falls within a blackout date, your time is extended by 30 days. Your request must be made in writing NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR to arrival. Telephone requests are not accepted. Reschedule requests received LESS THAN 10 days prior to arrival will not be honored, no exceptions. ABSOLUTELY NO cash/credit card refunds or adjustments provided for any reason including late arrivals, guest missing first day of reserved time, early departures, no shows, weather issues, or power outage. In the event you have reserved multiple properties, a wedding or reception, each event and property is subject to the $50 cancellation fee.

 
To Reserve a Property:

A non-refundable deposit or payment in full (depending upon your travel dates)  is required on credit, debit or prepaid credit card client provided at the time of booking.  We cannot reserve a property without a deposit. We automatically charge remaining balance (if any) to your credit card or debit card seven days prior to arrival, no exceptions; guests paying by money order must remit balance 14 days prior to arrival. Should you need to make other payment arrangements, please do so 14 days prior to arrival. We assume no responsibility for bank service charges. In the event funds for a balance due cannot be collected using the credit or debit card on file seven days prior to arrival, the reservation is cancelled with no refund of deposit.

 
Cabin Courtesy:
We ask that you leave the kitchen the way your found it, leave the cabin neat and orderly, and take trash to the dumpster (in front of Cupid's Cabin) as you leave.  This is your vacation - please leave the rest of the cleaning to the housekeeping staff.
 
Damage Deposit:
Guests who are not paying by credit/debit card are required to furnish a $200.00 damage deposit.  Cash deposits are returned within 14 days of your departure - after the property is cleaned and inspected.  The management company is required to inspect all cabins for misuse, abuse, or missing items.  Remember, these cabins are privately owned and the management company is responsible for inspecting and caring for these cabins on the owner's behalf.  Guests are responsible for inspecting and caring for these cabins on the owner's behalf.  Guests are responsible for any damage, misuse, or missing items discovered upon their departure and will be charged accordingly.
Note:  Outdoor hot tubs should be kept covered & keep jets turned off when not in use - and NEVER put bubble bath, flowers, floating candles, or any foreign objects into these tubs.  If you are in doubt as to use or care of any equipment provided please call the office immediately. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED.
